The membership of the Charleston AMA consists of a diverse group of area professionals in marketing, sales, public relations, communications, graphic design, advertising, and other related fields. Many of our members are seasoned professionals, our group also includes college students and young professionals that are just starting out in this field, all with an interest in learning more. As a sponsor, you will have multiple chances to introduce your business to these target groups.
There are various sponsorship levels as listed on the sponsorship package form and each can be customized to fit your company’s needs. We will ensure that all of our sponsors have a visible presence at our events and encourage sponsorship participation in any creative way that your business can provide.

Benefits of Sponsorship
We are most interested in customizing sponsorships so that our supporters can get the maximum return out of their investment. Below are some ideas and suggestions to begin to tailor the unique package that best fits your organization:
- Company name and/ or logo with hyperlink to sponsor’s website included in communications related to event sent to state-wide database of 1,200 marketing contacts.
- Company name and/ or logo with hyperlink to sponsor’s website on Charleston AMA event webpage and Facebook while promoting sponsored event.
- Up to 2 complimentary passes to promoted event.
- On-site recognition during event (options include: projected loop flash presentation and one to two minute podium acknowledgement).
- Opportunity to distribute information for each seat / table prior to event or have a sponsor information table at the event (If elected, sponsor representative required on site).
- Opportunity to offer a raffle item (product with a minimum value of $50 or service with a minimum value of $100) for attendees at event through collection of business cards at Sponsor’s display.
